Our private offices include 10–20 hours of meeting room credits per month, depending on the package. If you need additional hours, extra meeting room time costs SEK 100–150 per hour for members in Lund.
When estimating your monthly cost, start by deducting the hours already included. The external booking rates apply to standalone bookings and should not automatically be added on top of the office rent.
We have ten meeting rooms with different capacities for example:

Walerud: 12–14 people, with whiteboard, screen, coffee and tea. External booking price: SEK 350 per hour excluding VAT.
Olsson Smith: 24 people in classroom seating, 28 in workshop format or 30 in seminar format. External booking price: SEK 620 per hour excluding VAT.
You don’t need to pay for an oversized private office every day just because you occasionally need to bring more people together. With Olsson Smith, a smaller team can access a larger space when it’s time for a board meeting, client presentation or team workday.
Business address and mail handling are included with the private office
A business address at Scheelevägen 22 and mail handling are included when you rent a private office with us. You therefore don’t need to sign up for a separate address subscription for your day-to-day business.
A private office is right for you if you need a permanent place for your daily work. If you only need a business address and help with your mail, you can instead choose our virtual office in Lund, from SEK 750 per month excluding VAT.
The virtual office includes a business address, mail reception, as well as the option for digital scanning and forwarding. It is not a permanent physical workspace. It’s a straightforward solution for businesses that need a professional address without their own office.
24/7 access for teams with flexible working hours
As a member, you have 24/7 access to the office via access card or app. The facility is also covered by security patrols.
This works well for teams working across multiple time zones, going through intensive production periods or wanting to structure their working day without being tied to reception opening hours.
Ethernet and server hosting can be arranged on request. These services are add-ons, and we specify the scope and price in the quotation. Our security information relates to physical access and security patrols, not general promises about IT security.
Growing teams can change offices or choose a tailored solution
Our standard private offices in Lund are designed for 2–5 people. If you have 10–30 employees, you will therefore probably need a larger, more tailored solution.
As your team grows, you can add workstations or move to a larger office, subject to available capacity. We cannot guarantee a specific office size or move-in date in advance, but we’re happy to help you find the next step. The standard notice period for private offices is three months.

We have meeting rooms for up to 30 people. Mindpark’s conference offering in Lund includes four rooms for up to ten people, with external prices of SEK 350–650 per hour excluding VAT.
The lowest hourly rate isn’t always what matters. If the whole company occasionally needs to meet, room capacity may be more important. Start by checking how many hours are included, what additional time costs and whether the largest room actually fits everyone.
Location and access
Embassy House is located at Scheelevägen 22, approximately ten minutes from Lund Central Station. Mindpark is located at Bytaregränd 4D in central Lund, close to Lund Central Station.
Both offer 24/7 access. At Embassy House, access is via access card or app, and the facility is also covered by security patrols. Mindpark’s office page does not provide corresponding details about its access system or physical security.
Regus and Wihlborgs are other options in Lund
Regus may suit teams that want to compare several published office size categories. Regus Lund lists offices for 1–2, 2–5, 5–20 and more than 20 people. Prices start at SEK 100 per person per day and are based on a 24-month contract. For a fair comparison, the daily rate needs to be converted using the same contract period and usage as the other quotations.
