Choose the Right Room
Start with two simple questions: How many people will you be, and what do you want to do together? A workshop where you need to move around and work with ideas requires a different environment from a presentation where everyone needs to see the same screen.
Cvent also recommends considering the furniture layout and meeting format, not just the number of participants. If you need to work around a shared table, you'll need more workspace per person than if the group will mainly be listening to a presentation.
For 1–4 People
Point Guard is the smallest of our four bookable rooms and has four seats. It's suitable for one-to-one conversations, smaller client meetings, video meetings and short presentations.
Display material on the screen or use the whiteboard to capture an idea, sketch and take notes together. The room has natural light and is located near the main entrance, making it practical when welcoming one or two guests.
Will anyone be joining by video? Let us know how you plan to connect the meeting when you send your enquiry. That way, we can clarify any questions about screen connections and the digital setup before you meet.
For 5–8 People
Boardslide and Tiebreak both accommodate up to eight people. The choice mainly depends on how you want to work.
Choose Boardslide when you want to collaborate in a more open environment. The layout suits a team day, an informal workshop or a work session where you alternate between discussions and note-taking, with both collaborative and individual work.
Choose Tiebreak when you want to focus on a clear agenda. The boardroom-style furniture and privacy-screened windows are suitable for longer discussions, planning meetings and client meetings around the same table.
So it's not just the number of chairs that distinguishes the rooms. Boardslide offers a more open environment for collaboration, while Tiebreak has a more private boardroom feel.
For 9–16 People
Are you a larger group? Overtime is the largest of our four bookable meeting rooms in Stockholm, with 16 seats. The boardroom-style furniture is suitable for client meetings, management meetings and presentations where everyone gathers around a shared table.
Display your presentation on the screen and use the whiteboard to capture questions, decisions and next steps. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light, even during longer meeting sessions.
If you're approaching 16 participants, please tell us a little about the meeting format in your enquiry. This makes it easier to confirm that the room suits both the group and what you want to do.
Workshop or Presentation
Planning a smaller workshop? Boardslide is a good first option to consider when you want a more open environment. For presentations, Point Guard works for up to four people, while Overtime accommodates a larger group around the boardroom table.
Tiebreak is suitable when you want to take your time reviewing material, discussing and making decisions together. In that case, a shared table surface may be more important than additional space to move around.
Use the furniture layout described for each room as your starting point. Need a specific layout? Include it in your enquiry so we can confirm what's possible.
Technology and Services
All four meeting rooms have a screen, whiteboard and fast Wi-Fi. Coffee and tea are included, and a printer is available on-site.
It's not about technology for technology's sake. It's about being able to display material, work with ideas on the whiteboard and get online. Need special equipment for video meetings or a particular screen connection? Let us know in your enquiry so we can confirm your requirements in advance.
To help us understand your setup, please include:
Whether anyone will be joining by video
Whether you need audio or a camera for the entire room
Whether your presentation includes video or other material you'd like to test
A little planning tip: make sure your booking includes time for both preparation and wrapping up. If your presentation starts at 10 am, it's helpful to have some time beforehand to connect your computer, test your material and welcome participants.
Feel free to tell us about your full requirements so we can confirm what's included and which services are suitable for your meeting.
Centrally Located in Södermalm
You'll find us at Östgötagatan 12, just a few steps from the Medborgarplatsen metro station. An easy meeting place when colleagues and clients are travelling from different parts of Stockholm.
Buses 2, 3 and 76 stop in the area. If you're arriving by commuter train, Stockholm Södra is just a few minutes' walk away.
Here, you can meet centrally without making a detour to an isolated business district. For smaller meetings with visitors, Point Guard is also conveniently located near the main entrance.
Once your booking is confirmed, we recommend sending your guests the address, start time, contact person and any arrival instructions in the calendar invitation.
Prices and VAT
For external bookings, the published prices range from SEK 250–500 per hour, excluding VAT. The cost of your booking depends on which room you choose and how long you need it.
Point Guard: SEK 250 per hour
Boardslide: SEK 375 per hour
Tiebreak: SEK 400 per hour
Overtime: SEK 500 per hour
All prices exclude VAT.
Calculate the cost of the entire meeting session, not just the presentation itself. Include preparation, the meeting and the wrap-up when specifying your preferred booking time. Then compare rooms based on both hourly rates and working style: for a group of up to eight people, Boardslide's open layout and Tiebreak's boardroom-style furniture offer two different options.
When comparing prices, it's also worth checking the booking duration. In the Stockholm market, for example, Quick Office advertises bookings from one hour, while Venuus PIK Vasastan has a three-hour minimum booking. PIK is a considerably larger event venue, not a direct equivalent to our rooms for 4–16 people. However, the difference illustrates why it's worth checking minimum booking times when calculating the total cost.
