Private offices in Stockholm: what your budget gets you
You’re choosing a dedicated room where your team can work together, with shared facilities and practical support around you. Teams of two or three fit our Small category; teams of four or five fit Medium.
Small: 1–3 people, 8–10 m², from SEK 9,950 per month, with 10 meeting-room hours per month.
Medium: 4–5 people, 13–18 m², from SEK 18,500 per month, with 15 meeting-room hours per month.
Large: 6–18 people, 19–50 m², from SEK 28,500 per month, with 20 meeting-room hours per month.
One monthly office price covers your team’s space.
All prices above are per office. A three-person team can choose Small; a five-person team should look at Medium for more floor space and a larger meeting-room allowance. Teams of two to five choose from these standard categories.

Settle into a furnished workspace. Ergonomic desks and chairs, office technology, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.
Let everyday office tasks be taken care of. Cleaning, reception, practical support, operating costs, and office supplies are part of the package.
Handle everyday documents on-site. Use the shared printer/scanner, with 100 printed pages per company per month, shared across your team.
Put your included business address to work. Your company address and mail handling are part of your private-office package. Our Virtual Office service is a separate offering.
Work to your team’s schedule. Member access is available 24/7 through the app or key fob, with a shared kitchen, coffee, and tea on-site.

A screen, whiteboard, fast Wi-Fi, coffee, and tea are included in the meeting facilities, so you can focus on the people around the table.
Your package includes 10 meeting-room hours per month for Small offices, 15 for Medium, and 20 for Large. Additional time costs 100 SEK per hour, excluding VAT, at the private-office member rate for Medborgarplatsen.

Plan with clear agreement terms:
Notice: Private offices generally have a three-month notice period. This covers the notice required to end the agreement; any minimum commitment is defined separately in your contract. Private-office agreements have their own terms, distinct from monthly coworking memberships.
Deposit: Our usual arrangement is deposit-free and security-fee-free, helping you keep more of your upfront budget available for your business.
Individual terms: Customised offices and longer agreements can have their own conditions, covered in your quotation and agreement.
