Welcoming Cathy Chen – Our New Business Office Manager
A new chapter at Embassy House Södermalm
We’re thrilled to welcome Cathy Chen as the new Business Office Manager at Embassy House Stockholm, taking over from Per Wahlfridsson after five successful years. Cathy joins us with an impressive background in operations, growth, and community building, making her a perfect fit for the Embassy House family.
From global hospitality to Stockholm’s coworking scene
Originally from Australia, Cathy brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality management, where she worked with restaurants and hotels known for efficiency and exceptional service.
Before joining Embassy House, she worked as Growth and Acquisition Lead at Norrsken Foundation and Head of Operations at Impact Hub Stockholm — two key players in Sweden’s startup and impact ecosystem.
Her deep understanding of community-driven workspaces, combined with a practical approach to operations, makes her an invaluable addition to our team.
Supporting a thriving coworking community in Södermalm
At Embassy House Södermalm, we believe your workspace should work as hard as you do. Cathy’s role will focus on ensuring our coworking and private office spaces run seamlessly — from day-to-day management to enhancing the member experience.
