Optional services like meeting room bookings or dedicated parking are clearly listed, so you know exactly what to expect.

All private offices come fully furnished with ergonomic desks and chairs. Our offices are move-in ready, so your team can start working immediately without worrying about setting up furniture or equipment.

Is there a deposit or security fee?

We do not require a deposit or security fee. We may negotiate a longer contract period and different terms if you request a bespoke office solution. Details will be clearly outlined before you sign, ensuring there are no surprises and giving you peace of mind when moving in.

Can I host my own events or workshops at the space?

Absolutely. Our coworking and private office spaces include meeting rooms and event areas that can be booked for your workshops, presentations, or team meetings. We provide the necessary support to ensure your event runs smoothly.

We do our best to offer startup-friendly pricing so you can access flexible coworking and private office space without breaking the bank, so we typically do not offer teams special membership rates and discounts.

Can members of one space access other Embassy House locations?

Whether you’re a member of Embassy House in Stockholm or Lund, your membership includes access to our other location(s). Simply let us know when you’ll be visiting so we can set up extended access for you. You can use up to 50% of your included meeting room credits outside of your home location each month.

Our whole team goes on holidays in the summer. Can you take care of our plants and mail?

We’ll support you however we can from watering your plants while you’re away to scanning your post to a dedicated email daily so you can stay on top of anything important without worry. We offer a Virtual Office solution that you can add-on for as little as one-month.
