No. Our coworking memberships are designed to be flexible, with monthly options and no long-term commitment. This makes them suitable for freelancers, startups, scale-ups and remote teams whose needs may change over time.
Private offices have a standard three-month notice period.

We offer different ways to work at Embassy House, from flexible coworking and lounge access to fixed desks and private offices. The right option depends on how often you work from the space, how much privacy you need and how your team works.

Yes. You can start with a single coworking desk or a small private office and move into a larger office or add additional desks as your team grows, subject to availability.

You don't have to leave Embassy House just because your team gets bigger. Where space is available, we can help you move to a larger private office, add coworking desks or find another setup that works for your team.

We don't normally require a deposit or security fee. If you request a customised office solution or a longer contract, we may agree to different terms with you. Any specific terms will always be clearly outlined before you sign.

No. We believe pricing should be straightforward.
Membership and private office rates include the core facilities you need to work, including high-speed Wi-Fi, shared areas and everyday amenities. Optional services such as additional meeting room bookings or dedicated parking are priced separately.

Your membership gives you access to the workspace and shared facilities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, common areas, coffee and tea, and the facilities you need for your working day.
Meeting room credits are included depending on your membership. You also have access to printing and scanning, with 100 free pages per company each month.

Private offices are fully furnished with ergonomic desks and chairs, so you can move in and get to work without having to set up an entire office yourself.
You also get access to the shared facilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, meeting rooms according to your membership, printing and scanning, and 24/7 access.

We aim to keep our pricing startup-friendly, so we don't generally offer special membership discounts for startups or small teams.

Yes. Members have 24/7 access to Embassy House, so you can work when it suits you — whether that's an early start, a late finish or a late-night deadline.

Yes. Your Embassy House membership gives you access to our other location when you're visiting.
Just let us know when you're planning to work from the other location so we can arrange the access you need.
You can use up to 50% of your included meeting room credits outside your home location each month.

Yes. You're welcome to bring the equipment you need to work comfortably. The offices already have desks and ergonomic chairs, so you can simply add the equipment that suits your setup.

Yes. Coworking doesn't have to mean working in a noisy open-plan space all day.
We have private offices, phone booths, meeting rooms and quieter areas where you can focus, take a confidential call or get through a few hours of deep work.

Yes. We have a range of meeting rooms for everything from one-to-one meetings and video calls to team meetings, workshops and presentations.

Meeting room access depends on your membership. Members receive meeting room credits as part of their plan, and additional bookings are available when needed.
At our Stockholm location, meeting rooms are available to members for 100 - 250 SEK per hour.
In Lund, members can book meeting rooms for 100 - 150 SEK per hour.

Yes. We regularly organise networking events, afterworks and community gatherings.
They're a chance to meet other members, discover what people are working on and occasionally have a drink that isn't in front of a laptop.

Our events are there if you want to join them, but there's no obligation to network. Some people come for the community; others are perfectly happy to grab a coffee and get on with their work. Both are fine.

Yes! Dogs are welcome at our Stockholm location. We like having four-legged members around and they tend to be better at making friends than most of us.
Our Lund location has different rules. Due to the presence of food preparation and laboratory facilities, this site needs to maintain a higher level of hygiene.

Parking options vary between locations.
At our Stockholm location, there is a private garage with dedicated car, motorcycle and charging spaces. There is also secure bicycle parking.

Yes. Our Stockholm location has secure underground bicycle parking, including repair tools and benches.
Our Lund location has street parking for bicycles.

Yes. Businesses using Embassy House can receive business mail at the space.
If you need regular mail handling and daily scanning, our Virtual Office solution can be added for as little as one month. Mail can be scanned to one dedicated company email address.

Yes. Our Virtual Office service provides your company with a business address at Embassy House.
It can be used for purposes such as company registration with Bolagsverket, VAT registration and bank onboarding, subject to the relevant requirements.

Our Virtual Office service is designed to provide businesses with a Swedish business address. We carry out the necessary due diligence before setting everything up and can provide daily mail scanning to a dedicated company email address.

Yes. Embassy House works well for international teams, remote workers and companies with colleagues visiting Sweden.
You get 24/7 access, high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms and flexible workspace, with locations that are easy to reach by public transport.

Going on holiday? Your office doesn't have to go completely off the radar.
We can help with practical things while you're away, from watering your plants to handling your post. Our Virtual Office service includes daily scanning of your mail to a dedicated company email, so you can keep an eye on anything important without having to be in the office.
The Virtual Office can be added for as little as one month.

Embassy House Stockholm is at Östgötagatan 12 on Södermalm, right by Medborgarplatsen.
The space is a short walk from the Medborgarplatsen metro station, with cafés, restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby.

Embassy House Lund is at Scheelevägen 22, in Lund's science and innovation district near Lund University.
It's around a five-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and about ten minutes from Lund Central Station.

Both locations offer coworking, private offices and meeting facilities, but they have different communities and focuses.
Stockholm is a central coworking and office space on Södermalm, with a mix of startups, entrepreneurs, growing companies and established teams.
Lund is located in the city's science and innovation district and is also home to FoodWorks, our food innovation community with dedicated labs, test kitchens and facilities for food and foodtech companies.
